Bruno GROW® (Guided Reflection on Work) is a framework for supervisors to help students connect their academic learning and their workplace experiences, enhancing the applicability and transferability  in competencies and knowledge between the two settings. The Campus Job Exploration initiative aims to transform the experience of on-campus employment through Bruno GROW® and its support of both students and student staff supervisors.

Career Readiness Competencies are a set of eight competencies established by the National Association of Colleges and Employers: administrative proficiency, career and self-development, communication, critical thinking, DEI, leadership, teamwork, and technology. The competencies provide a foundational skillset for career-related outcomes of co-curricular and extracurricular activities. As part of the Campus Job Exploration initiative, we support campus departments with the introduction, facilitation, and implementation of these competencies through on-campus employment.
