This mini-internship undergraduate program provides students the opportunity to complete short-term projects with social enterprises and nonprofit organizations in a remote capacity for two weeks over winter break. Students gain hands-on experience working with innovative organizations while building concrete professional skills through the completion of a tangible project.
Each winter break, Brown students have the opportunity to work on engaging, high-impact projects for social impact organizations and companies. The projects last only two weeks but provide students with hands-on experience with top-notch organizations, and employers with a pipeline of talented individuals who have the potential to feed into other internships.
A list of available projects and participating host organizations for January 2026 will be released when the application opens on October 3, 2025.
