Fees and Policies

Recruiting on campus is a great way to connect with Brown students. The Employer Partner team is ready to work with you to create the best outreach plan for your Brown recruiting experience.

Recruiting Fees

  • Fees for other fairs or industry spotlights will be listed on the event’s registration page in Handshake.
  • Any change/additional requests made by an employer less than one-week in advance of an event will incur a
    flat $50 administrative fee at the Employer Partnership team's discretion.
  • There may also be additional fees charged to the employer for facilities, media, catering, and security requests.
  • *A 3% processing fee will be added to these events for invoices paid by credit card. You may pay by check to avoid incurring the additional processing fee. 

Payment Information

Career fair invoices are processed via Handshake and sent to the contact person that registered from the organization/company. Payments are processed through Brown’s online e-commerce portal.

If you need to pay by check, please make the checks out to Brown University Brown Center for Career Exploration, use the invoice and send all checks to:

Cancellation Policy

  • Fees paid in advance for any event are refundable up to 14 days in advance of the event.
  • All fees are non-refundable once the cancellation deadline has passed.
