If you are exploring on-campus opportunities or need support in your current on-campus job consider scheduling an appointment with the Assistant Director of Campus Career Exploration. On Handshake, Click "Career Center" then "Appointments" then select your class year then select "Campus Career Exploration Advising" to see available times. You can also see upcoming events, info sessions, and job fairs.

On-campus employment opportunities are processed by the Student Employment Office in University Human Resources (UHR). For questions related to I-9, identification documents, and similar, consider dropping into their open hours.

There are many types of on-campus employment opportunities available in various departments at Brown ranging from academic roles such as research and teaching assistants to administrative roles in departments such as the fitness center, libraries, and more!

Students can find on-campus jobs listed on Workday at Brown. We also encourage students to contact departments of interest to inquire about open positions and keep up with any newsletters or social media pages to be notified of new openings.

A Work-Study or Campus Employment offer is not required to work on campus. Both aided and non-aided undergraduate students are eligible to work. Check out the Office of Financial Aid’s overview.
